A beautiful 50-acre garden was designed by Roberto Burle Marx. Many couples and families have their picnics here. One of the ideas you could have for your pre wedding photoshoot is staging a picnic. This lush greenery surrounding the famous Petronas Twin Towers are a great way to showcase your Malaysian pride. With a mixture of soft and hard man-made surfaces, water and grass, it’ll be a perfect backdrop for your pre wedding photoshoot!

Another stunning park 95 hectares in size to have a appealing backdrop, overseeing a large man-made pond in the middle of the park. Taking pictures amongst nature is always an idea that will never be dismissed. At this park, you’ll have several places to take pictures, being a perfect outdoor pre wedding photoshoot in KL. You’ll see many people flying kites as well, which would be nice as a backdrop. The main place everyone takes romantic pictures at is near a small pier located at the lake.

Instead of the usual pretty walls, consider going out of the norm by having the graffiti walls as a backdrop, located in Pasar Seni. These graffiti walls are designed and painted by local ‘artises’, mainly abstract art or Malaysian related art as well. You could take pictures among the various parks and gardens. One of the famous gardens among the 5 other gardens is the Orchid Garden, which houses over 800 species of orchids. Wouldn’t that be a pretty sight to have as a backdrop?!

6. Old KL railway station, Kuala Lumpur

The Old KL railway station is surrounded by historical buildings, perfect for a typical modern day pre wedding photoshoot. It’s unique, different and not the typical greenery backdrop – more of a British colony type of look.
